The equipment adopts a simple and flexible full hydraulic control system. Parameters such as rotation speed, torque, axial thrust, and lifting speed can be adjusted in real time, supporting precise matching of positive and negative axial pressure. Combined with the top-drive rotary propulsion structure, drill pipe assembly and disassembly are convenient, and auxiliary operation time is short. It is compatible with various drilling processes, including down-the-hole drilling, air reverse circulation, and cutting, and can be configured with mud pumps, foam pumps, and other equipment as needed, perfectly adapting to different drilling tools and complex construction processes.

The entire machine, relying on the full hydraulic system and top-drive design, offers fast drilling speed and convenient operation. Combined with efficient down-the-hole hammer drilling technology, it significantly improves construction efficiency while effectively reducing unit operating costs. The main frame of the drilling rig is made of high-quality, high-strength low-carbon alloy steel, and the hydraulic system and core components are all selected from well-known brands, ensuring wear resistance, durability, and low failure rate. Equipped with high-position outriggers, loading and unloading can be completed without a crane; the walking chassis can be flexibly selected from rubber track type or vehicle-mounted type. The track chassis is especially suitable for complex road conditions such as muddy fields, making field construction and transfer more convenient.
