The RCF180C hydraulic crawler water well drilling rig is an independently developed model, equipped with a 55 kW Quanchai diesel engine and a rubber track chassis for flexible movement, suitable for various field construction sites. The equipment can drill to a depth of 180 meters, with a drilling diameter of 90-300 mm. It features a dual-motor rotary drill head and supports two drilling modes: mud pump and down-the-hole pneumatic drilling, and can be used in conjunction with a mud pump and air compressor.

The drilling rig utilizes a fully hydraulic top drive system, with a composite mast offering a 3.4-meter stroke and a dual-cylinder lifting force of 12 tons. Parameters such as rotation speed, torque, axial thrust, thrust speed, and lifting speed are all flexibly adjustable, adapting to different drilling tools and construction processes. Its drill pipe assembly and disassembly are convenient, effectively shortening auxiliary operation time. For rock formation drilling, it uses a down-the-hole hammer with compressed air flushing, achieving drilling speeds far exceeding traditional equipment.
