The PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) recycling system represents one of the most competitive segments within the plastic recycling market.This production line is specifically designed for the recycling and reuse of discarded PET plastic bottles, such as mineral water bottles, beverage bottles, and cola bottles, from daily life. Drawing on years of practical experience in PET recycling, we provide economically viable and practical process solutions tailored to our clients' specific end-use requirements for the finished product and the characteristics of raw materials in different regions. Our comprehensive service scope covers production line process flow planning, factory layout planning, and wastewater recycling treatment system design for the production line, ensuring all-around customer satisfaction.

The recycled PET bottles first undergo a whole-bottle pretreatment stage.After pretreatment, the PET bottles proceed sequentially through processes including crushing, cap separation, cold washing, steam hot washing, rinsing, dewatering, drying, secondary crushing, impurity removal & purification, and finally packing. The end product is high-quality PET recycled flakes.

1.Innovative Material Application: In the mid-to-high-end technology segment of PET injection grade, we have successfully introduced PET recycled materials into the new field of synthetic resin manufacturing. While ensuring compliance with environmental standards and purity requirements of the final product, our solution replaces nearly 40% of the virgin petrochemical-based raw materials in the original formula with PET recycled content, significantly reducing raw material costs for synthetic resin manufacturers.
2.Proven Performance: Our synthetic resin-grade PET washing and recycling equipment currently achieves a single-line monthly capacity of 2,000 tons, with successful reference cases available. We are also continuously advancing our expertise in the high-grade "bottle-to-bottle" PET flake sector.
3.Process: Utilizes a "secondary crushing" process and incorporates a double-helix blade design in the high-speed washing stage.This ensures high throughput while maintaining low powder loss rates.
4. Energy & Resource Efficiency: Employs high-efficiency power sources and features a water recycling system designed for different washing stages, significantly reducing electricity and water consumption while maintaining high capacity and superior product quality
