This line introduces a powerful "two-stage hot wash" process, which effectively removes stubborn oils, adhesives, and organic residues. This results in significantly higher cleanliness levels compared to cold wash systems, qualifying the output for more demanding applications.Designed to handle both round and flattened PET bottles at 500-1000 kg/H, this line incorporates a "hot wash" stage for enhanced cleaning efficacy. This improved process yields a higher quality recycled flake that meets the standards for general-purpose chemical fiber production.

The process includes conveyor feeding, label removal, and manual sorting before crushing. The flakes are initially cleaned via friction washing and sink-float separation. They are then conveyed to a two-stage hot wash unit, followed by further mechanical friction, rinsing, and dewatering. A final density separation and pneumatic conveying to storage complete the workflow.
