High-temperature radar level gauge
Working principle
It adopts 26GHz high-frequency microwave technology and achieves non-contact measurement by emitting continuous frequency-modulated waves (FMCW). Some models support guided wave radar (such as CJ-6065) to enhance signal stability.
Product Advantages
- Accuracy and Range: Measurement accuracy can reach ±1mm (conventional models) or ±8mm (imported models), with a maximum range covering 15m to 130m, meeting the requirements of various scenarios.
- Temperature Resistance: Adapt to extreme temperature ranges, such as -40℃ to 200℃ (HBRD series) or -200℃ to 400℃ (CJ-6065), suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure environments.
- Anti-interference Capability: Narrow beam angle (minimum 5°) design reduces the influence of steam and dust.

- Typical media: High-temperature liquids (such as molten metals), corrosive liquids, volatile gases, and high-dust environments.
Installation Notes:
- Avoid the feed inlet during installation and ensure that the probe is at least 300mm away from the tank wall.
- Regular calibration is required to maintain a high accuracy of ±0.1% F.S.
