HNC-50S / HNC-50SY Dual-Spindle Multi-Axis CNC Lathe

The HNC-50S / HNC-50SY Multi-Axis CNC Lathe Series is a high-performance turning-milling solution designed for precision turning, milling, drilling, tapping, shaft part machining, disc part machining, and automated batch production. With an overall 30° inclined bed structure, dual spindles, a single turret, and an optional orthogonal Y-axis configuration, this series can efficiently and accurately complete various complex machining tasks.

The dual-spindle structure allows slender shaft parts to be pre-stretched and clamped. Both spindles can rotate synchronously to complete machining operations, helping improve machining stability and production efficiency.

The machine adopts a permanent magnet synchronous electric spindle, featuring small rotor inertia and fast response. Compared with asynchronous motors, it can improve energy efficiency by about 15%-20%, making the machine more suitable for efficient and energy-saving production.

Large-diameter transmission screws, combined with a pre-stretched installation structure, provide high rigidity and high precision. The repeat positioning accuracy can reach less than 0.005 mm, supporting stable long-term precision machining.
