Product Overview
The HNC-63T Series Hard-Guideway CNC Lathe is a heavy-duty precision CNC turning machine designed for medium and large-sized bar parts, disc parts, shaft parts, flange parts, and complex metal components. This series includes HNC-63T, HNC-63TC, and HNC-63TY, offering configurations for standard turning, C-axis turning-milling, and Y-axis power tool turning-milling applications.
The machine adopts a large-span rectangular bed structure, providing excellent foundation rigidity, vibration resistance, and torsional strength. The X-axis, Z-axis, and optional Y-axis use rectangular hard guideways. The guideways are induction hardened, giving the machine high bending strength, strong resistance to heavy torque cutting, and stable long-term machining accuracy.
The spindle adopts a through-hole front and rear bearing configuration with high rigidity. Combined with a large-inertia spindle motor, the machine can meet the needs of high-torque heavy cutting and high-speed precision machining. The symmetrical spindle box structure helps reduce thermal deformation and supports stable high-precision machining during continuous operation.
