In modern industrial production, dust pollution control is an important part of environmental protection
governance. Bag filters, with their high efficiency, stability and strong adaptability, have become one of the
core devices for industrial dust control.
Bag-type dust collectors belong to dry filtration dust removal equipment. Their core principle is to use fiber filter
bags to filter the dusty gas, trapping the dust on the surface of the filter bags, and then discharging the purified gas
through the filter bags. The specific process can be divided into the following steps:
Dusty gas enters the dust collector:
The dusty gas enters the dust collector through the air inlet and is evenly distributed by the air flow distribution device
(such as the deflector plate) to prevent the filter bags from being worn due to excessively high local wind speed.
2. Dust is intercepted by the filter bag
When gas passes through the filter bag, dust particles are retained on the outer surface of the filter bag due to inertial
collision, interception, diffusion, electrostatic adsorption and other effects, forming a "dust layer" (also known as "filter cake").
As the dust layer thickens, the filtration efficiency increases, but the resistance also rises accordingly.
3. Ash cleaning process:
When the resistance of the filter bag reaches the set value (usually 1000 to 1500 Pa), the dust cleaning system is activated.
The dust on the surface of the filter bag is removed through methods such as pulse jet blowing, mechanical vibration or
reverse blowing, restoring its filtration capacity.
4. Purified gas emission
The purified gas passes through the inner cavity of the filter bag and is discharged from the clean gas chamber, ultimately
meeting the emission standards.
