PPR Pipe Extrusion Line Synchronized Haul-off Speed Control For Water Supply Pipes
Advanced Co-Extrusion Technology
Co-extrusion involves sending two or more molten raw materials through a single die to produce multi-layer pipes with various colors or wall thicknesses. This process combines multiple plastics to create materials with distinct properties, opening new frontiers in material engineering and addressing complex manufacturing needs.
Co-extrusion also reduces costs by incorporating recycled and reground scrap within virgin material for applications like handrails, fences, tubing, structural components, and air-blown food containers.
