Extrusion Process Technology

Multi-layer pipes are manufactured using sophisticated co-extrusion pipe line technology. This specialized process reduces raw material costs while creating pipes with enhanced functional characteristics.

  • Recycled materials can be utilized as the middle layer in PE thick wall pipes for cost optimization
  • For hot water supply applications, the production line incorporates PP-R layers with additional structural layers including glass fiber for superior performance

  • Vacuum tank: Designed with single or double vacuum chambers based on diameter requirements
