PC Profile Extrusion Line for LED Lampshade Production
Specialized extrusion line designed to manufacture LED lampshade profiles using advanced co-extrusion technology and automated stacking systems.
Extrusion Line Specifications
The LED lighting market in Middle West countries features substantial demand. LED light covers and bottom profiles are manufactured using PC material. This line incorporates co-extrusion technology for producing two-color PC LED tubes, featuring a 65/28 22kW extruder and a 50/28 11kW extruder. The system includes a 25m long by 600mm wide calibration table and utilizes a two-belt haul-off method that ensures perfect alignment between cover and bottom LED light tubes. The complete line concludes with a cutting unit and stacker for organized finished product handling.
