This PVC pipe extrusion line is designed for manufacturing plastic PVC pipes with various diameters and wall thicknesses. Ideal for agricultural water supply systems, architectural water supply systems, construction plumbing, and cable laying applications.

• Innovative spiral flow structure die prevents fuse marks on larger pipes with homogeneous melt distribution and selective temperature control
• High-quality vacuum pumps and driving motors with visible stainless steel vacuum tank structure and dual vacuum systems for large diameter pipes
• Multiple haul off machine configurations available: two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, six-claw, and eight-claw types
• Saw blade cutting and planetary cutting types with length measuring meter and thickness increasing device
• Specialized capabilities for producing inner wall spiral pipes, inner wall hollow pipes, core layer foam pipes, and pipes from PP, PE, ABS, PPR, PEX silicon core materials
• Fully automatic computer digital control planetary cutting machine with simple operation and reliable performance
