100-1200kg/h Waste Plastic PP Battery Cases Recycling Pelletizing Granulator Machine Line

This SJ series Plastic recycling granulator with two-stages is mainly applied to pelletize Crushed (rigid) materials, like PP battery cases, bottle flakes & agglomerated films, etc.
This type pelletizing line has special screw design, effective degassing and filter (Hydraulic screen changer) system, with stable output and long service life
Machines are highly-automatic, only need 2 workers for operating the whole pelletizing production line. One worker for controlling the Electric control panel, one for feeding materials and changing Hydraulic Screen Changer.
Our Recycling Pelletizing Line Advantages:
1) Big capacity, our recycling pelletizing line can reach up to 1500kg/h, which provide more choice for customer.
2) More optional filter system for you, now besides the traditional hydraulic screen changer with mesh, we can also provide new design NO MESH screen changer, which saves the cost for mesh and reduces the labor work, equiped with this new design no mesh screen changer, two workers can operate 3-5 pelletizing line.
3) Two stage extrusion system can remove most of the impurities and improve the final pellets quality.
