1.1 What are the daily inspection items for the valve?

• Oil leakage check: Observe whether the valve body, pipeline joints, and solenoid connection parts have oil leakage.
• Electrical system check: Confirm that the power supply voltage and current are within the rated range, and the wiring is not loose or damaged.
• Operation status check: Listen to the operating sound of the valve (it should be uniform and free of abnormal noise), and observe whether the actuator movement is smooth.
• Temperature check: Touch the valve body with the back of your hand (avoiding the high-temperature area), and confirm that the temperature does not exceed 60°C (normal operating temperature).

1.2 What is the recommended maintenance cycle and key maintenance content?

1. Short-term maintenance (every 3 months): Replace the hydraulic oil filter element (ensure the filtration precision is ≥10 μm).
2. Sample and test the hydraulic oil to check its viscosity, water content, and impurity content.
3. Clean the valve body surface and electrical connectors to remove dust and oil stains.
4. Medium-term maintenance (every 6-12 months): Disassemble the valve (performed by professional technicians) to check the wear of the spool, valve sleeve, and seals.
5. Replace the aging seals (even if there is no obvious damage, it is recommended to replace them regularly).
6. Calibrate the proportional signal and pressure compensation function of the valve.
7. Long-term maintenance (every 2 years): Check the internal components such as the proportional solenoid and integrated electronics for performance degradation.
8. If the valve has frequent faults or performance degradation, consider replacing the valve core assembly or the entire valve.
