Description

A core component for post-tensioning systems, the 5-Strand Wedge Flat Anchorage is tailored for thin concrete structures. It anchors 5 steel strands via wedge clamping, ensuring efficient prestress transmission with compact design, reliability and wide adaptability.

I. Structure & Working Principle

The system includes a flat anchor plate (5 parallel holes), wedge clips, bearing plate and spiral reinforcement (optional corrugated pipes). It fits 12.5-15.7mm steel strands, neatly placed in flat ducts.

Strands are tensioned individually; wedge clips grip strands tightly for self-anchoring. Prestress is evenly transferred to concrete, with spiral reinforcement preventing cracking. Anchoring efficiency ≥0.95, meeting standards.
