Leveraging our multi-station cold forming machine capabilities, we offer customized cold forging materials to support your OEM/ODM raw material needs. Our monthly production capacity for post-tension wedges reaches 4,000,000 pieces.

Equipped with high-precision CNC machines, we ensure the dimensional accuracy of post-tension wedges is strictly controlled.

We have both manual and automatic threading & cutting machines, capable of meeting both high-volume production requirements and sample customization needs for post-tension (PT) wedges.

Automatic inspection and assembly lines are adopted for post-tensioning wedges, guaranteeing stable product quality and efficient delivery.
