The EPV-15MZ+ is an advanced twin-tower Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) nitrogen generator designed to deliver 99.999% ultra-high purity nitrogen with oxygen content ≤10ppm. Engineered for precision industries including electronics manufacturing, semiconductor fabrication, metallurgy, and pharmaceutical production where nitrogen purity is non-negotiable.

Advanced Purification Technology
Carbon Molecular Sieve Premium imported CMS with precisely controlled micropore distribution, selectively adsorbing oxygen molecules while allowing nitrogen to pass through — achieving O₂ ≤ 10ppm in output gas.
Inequality Pressure Equalization Patented energy-saving structure improves adsorbent utilization rate and reduces compressed air consumption — delivering both higher purity and lower operating cost simultaneously.
Blizzard Filling Process Vacuum automatic feeding combined with blizzard filling and vibration platform ensures uniform, dense packing — 10%+ more adsorbent per volume for superior long-term stability.
Spring Compression Device Automatically compensates for CMS settling, eliminating void spaces that cause powdering and ensuring consistent purity over the entire service life.
