PSA Nitrogen Generation System Introduction

Joshining Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) type Nitrogen Generator provides a cost-effective means for on-site N2 solution. The Nitrogen Generator uses two beds of CMS to separate compressed air into a high-pressure nitrogen product stream and low-pressure oxygen enriched waste stream. Therefore, CMS is very crucial for nitrogen generator, but water, oil, and granules need to be removed before entering into the nitrogen generator.

  • Principle: Passage of compressed air through a bed of carbon molecular sieve (CMS) using pressure swing adsorption technology, the most reliable on the market
  • N2 flow: 5-5000 Nm³/h
  • O2 purity: 1% to 10 ppm
  • On-line monitoring instrument
  • Digital hours counter with audible and visual maintenance indicator
  • Economy mode option: Via pressure to enable compressor shutdown and start-up when nitrogen supply is not required
