The CHT-CBL-400S buffer machine (SMT buffer machine) is a key automated piece of equipment designed for high-efficiency SMT assembly lines. It can be used as a buffer station between SMT machines or automatically collects circuit boards into different bins based on AOI inspection results (pass/fail sorting). This equipment features a 30-pitch storage capacity, high-precision servo positioning, and multiple operating modes (FIFO/LIFO/pass-through), significantly improving production efficiency and safety.

The CHT-CBL-400S temporary storage server is an automated balancing buffer device designed for high-efficiency SMT production lines. It can be used for buffering connections between SMT machines or for automatically collecting NG/OK circuit boards after AOI inspection to different layers. The equipment has 30 temporary storage positions, a position servo positioning system, and supports FIFO, LIFO, and pass-through modes, making it an ideal choice for modern electronics manufacturing plants to increase capacity and automation.
