DIC Offset Printing Ink, High-Quality & High-Gloss Sheetfed Offset Ink, Fast-Drying & Eco-Friendly Ink, Special Ink for Medium & High-End Picture Albums, Packaging & Commercial Printing
DIC high-quality sheetfed offset printing ink, based on mature imported formulation technology, is specially customized for sheetfed offset printing equipment. Made with high-purity pigments and high-grade eco-friendly resins, it features standard color, high gloss and excellent transferability. It offers a wide tolerance for water-ink balance on press, stable performance without skinning or scumming, fine printing dots and full overprinting. Suitable for medium and high-end mass printing, it is environmentally compliant and an ideal high-quality ink choice for packaging, books, periodicals and color printing.
Six advantages of offset printing ink:
1.Standard hue & excellent color:
Conforms to industrial color standards, with high tinting strength, saturated and transparent color, no color deviation or graying, and precise and delicate dot reproduction.
2.High gloss & high texture:
With high-gloss film-forming system, the ink film is smooth and bright, providing high-grade printed results for various high-end quality printing applications.
3.Excellent on-press stability:
Compatible with all kinds of sheetfed offset presses, with good anti-skinning and anti-slagging performance, stable during long shutdowns, greatly reducing scumming, dot clogging and waste rate.
4.Fast drying without smearing:
Balanced drying performance suitable for sheetfed printing, moderate curing speed, no back-sticking or scuffing under normal stacking, ideal for continuous mass production.
5.Wide adaptability:
Highly compatible with mainstream printing papers, wide tolerance for printing parameters, easy adjustment and high production efficiency.
6.Eco-friendly, low-odor & safe:
Low VOC, non-irritating odor, meets green printing standards, safe and compliant for workshop use.
How to choose:
1.Equipment matching:
Specially suitable for all kinds of sheetfed offset presses, not applicable to web printing equipment.
2.Application scenarios:
Preferred for high-quality printing such as premium color boxes, brand packaging, high-grade picture albums, posters and trademarks.
3.Compatible substrates:
Perfectly suitable for conventional printing substrates such as art paper, matte art paper, white cardboard, white board paper and offset paper.
4.Working condition selection:
The first choice for printing conditions pursuing precise color, high gloss, low waste and stable mass production.
How to use:
1.Basic use:
Stir well after opening and can be directly used on press without complicated mixing.
2.Fine adjustment:
Add a small amount of special ink conditioner if fluidity is insufficient; use a tiny amount of viscosity reducer if viscosity is too high. Do not dilute heavily to avoid affecting gloss and drying performance.
3.Drying adjustment:
In low-temperature and high-humidity environments, add a small amount of special desiccant to prevent smearing and back-sticking.
4.Printing environment:
Recommended temperature 18–25℃, humidity 50%–70% to maintain stable water-ink balance.
5.Storage method:
Store sealed in a cool and dark place at room temperature, avoid high temperature and low-temperature freezing. Reseal promptly after opening to prevent oxidation and skinning.
