MT Gold Ink MT Silver Offset Ink High-Adhesion, Fine & Non-Oxidizing Gold & Silver Ink, Suitable for Color Packaging, Luxury Gift Boxes, High-End Picture Albums
MT Gold Ink and Silver Ink are high-grade special color inks specially designed for offset printing. Adopting high-quality metallic pigments and stable resin formulation, they feature pure color, strong metallic texture, and fine & even printing performance. Compatible with conventional sheetfed presses, they deliver good on-press stability, resist oxidation and blackening, and offer strong adhesion. They can partially replace traditional hot stamping gold and silver processes, achieving high-end metallic decorative effects at a lower cost, and are widely used in high-end printing scenarios such as packaging boxes, tags, greeting cards, labels, and color pages.
Six advantages of offset printing ink:
1.Strong metallic texture & pure color:
Golden and bright silver colors are transparent and full, with high metallic gloss and delicate, smooth printed surface, presenting an elegant and high-end visual effect.
2.Anti-oxidation & non-darkening:
Special stable protective formula effectively delays oxidation of metallic pigments, resists darkening and blackening during storage, and maintains long-lasting appearance of finished products.
3.Stable on-press & easy printing:
Moderate fluidity, excellent transferability, no ink piling, stable water-ink balance. Can be printed on standard offset presses without modification.
4.Strong adhesion & rub resistance:
Firm ink film, compact layer after drying, not easy to powder or fade, compatible with post-press processes such as lamination, die-cutting and box pasting.
5.Cost-effective process:
Can be directly printed on offset presses to replace part of hot stamping gold/silver processes, simplify production flow and effectively reduce high-end packaging printing costs.
6.Wide compatibility:
Compatible with art paper, white cardboard, specialty paper and many other substrates, suitable for most high-end color printing scenarios.
How to choose:
1.By process selection:
Preferred for projects requiring no complex hot stamping, pursuing fast mass production and lower process cost with this offset gold & silver ink.
2.By substrate selection:
Suitable for art paper, white cardboard, specialty printing paper, ideal for conventional paper packaging and paper printing.
3.By application scenario:
First choice for gift box packaging, cosmetic color boxes, tobacco & alcohol packaging, tags & labels, greeting cards & albums, and high-end cultural and creative printing.
.
How to use:
1.Preparation: Must be stirred fully before use to ensure even dispersion of metallic pigments and avoid color difference or darkening.
2.On-press printing: Recommended for separate ink unit to avoid mixing with ordinary color inks. Stable production can be achieved with conventional offset parameters.
3.Fine adjustment: Add a small amount of special ink conditioner if fluidity is insufficient. Heavy dilution is prohibited to avoid weakening metallic luster and reducing adhesion.
4.Drying & post-press: Ensure full drying before stacking, laminating and die-cutting to prevent scratching and ink transfer.
5.Storage: Sealed, shaded, cool and dry storage to isolate air and reduce oxidation. Use up as soon as possible after opening.
