Ink Spatula, also known as ink mixing knife, is a universal auxiliary tool for offset, screen, flexo, gravure and packaging printing industries. It has two main types: tempered stainless steel with solid wood handle and PP plastic spatula. Widely used for ink stirring, color matching, ink scooping, cleaning residual ink in ink buckets, ink fountains and screens. It can also pry open ink bucket lids. Compatible with water-based ink, solvent ink, UV ink, plastisol ink and all printing consumables, ideal for printing factories, ink manufacturers and packaging plants.

Operation Instructions
1.Color Mixing: Stir ink evenly inside buckets to mix custom spot colors

2.Ink Feeding: Scoop proper ink and fill the press ink fountain evenly

3.Residue Cleaning: Scrape dried residual ink from ink fountains, screens and squeegees after printing

4.Bucket Opening: Pry metal ink bucket lids with the tip of wood handle

5.Storage: Rinse thoroughly after use, hang to dry for storage
