PSA Oxygen Generator is a low-power oxygen supply device specially designed for mine emergency rescue scenarios. Based on pressure swing adsorption technology, it adopts a high-efficiency and energy-saving molecular sieve system to stably produce high-purity oxygen (93%) at a low power consumption of 50kW. It features core advantages of fast startup, strong mobility, resistance to harsh environments, and long battery life. As an emergency-specific model of Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption Oxygen Systems, it adopts a trailer-mounted design, enabling rapid arrival at mine accident sites and starting oxygen supply within 10 minutes. It provides continuous oxygen support for trapped miners and rescuers, while adapting to ventilation and oxygen supplementation in hypoxic underground mine environments, serving as an indispensable life support equipment in the mine emergency rescue system.

Mine mining environments are complex, prone to accidents such as collapses, water inrushes, and gas explosions, leading to hypoxia or excessive concentrations of toxic gases underground. The golden rescue period is only 72 hours, imposing extremely high requirements on the response speed, mobility, and endurance of oxygen supply equipment. Traditional mine emergency oxygen supply relies on oxygen cylinders and oxygen respirators: oxygen cylinders have short endurance (only 2-4 hours of oxygen inhalation per person), and oxygen respirators are suitable for personal protection, failing to meet the needs of simultaneous oxygen supply for multiple people and long-term rescue.
The 50kW low-power design of the PSA Oxygen Generator is adapted to mine emergency scenarios. It can be powered by diesel generators or mine backup power supply, with a continuous operation time of ≥72 hours, fully covering the golden rescue period. The 93% oxygen purity can quickly relieve hypoxia symptoms, avoiding confusion or life-threatening risks for trapped miners due to oxygen deficiency. The 30Nm³/h flow rate can support 20-25 people to inhale oxygen simultaneously (1-1.5Nm³/h per person), meeting the synchronous oxygen supply needs of rescue teams and trapped personnel. Its trailer-mounted mobile design is suitable for rugged mine roads, equipped with a four-wheel drive traction system that can travel on roads with a slope ≤30°, arriving at accident sites quickly – its response speed is 80% faster than traditional oxygen supply methods. As an emergency model of psa gas plant, it requires no external equipment, can be started immediately after unpacking, and is simple to operate – rescuers can master it after simple training.
As an emergency reserve equipment for mines, the PSA Oxygen Generator must be maintained in good condition at all times to respond to sudden accidents.
- Daily maintenance: Start the equipment to run for 30 minutes monthly to inspect the operation of core components such as fans, generators, and control systems, ensuring no faults. Clean the air intake filter weekly and replace it monthly to avoid dust blockage affecting air intake volume; test the adsorption performance of the molecular sieve every six months, and regenerate or replace it in a timely manner if purity decreases (normal service life is 2-3 years).
- Storage requirements: Store the equipment in a dry and well-ventilated warehouse, take anti-freezing measures in winter to prevent freezing of water tanks and pipelines; regularly replace engine oil and filter elements of the diesel generator, and keep the fuel tank at more than 1/3 full to ensure rapid startup in emergencies.
- Reserve management: Establish equipment maintenance records, with special personnel responsible for management, and conduct a comprehensive inspection quarterly, including tire pressure, flexibility of support legs, and insulation of the electrical system. In addition, equip sufficient spare parts such as filter elements, seals, and oxygen masks to ensure quick replacement in case of faults without affecting emergency use.
With its 50kW low-power consumption and rapid response advantages, the PSA Oxygen Generator has become a life support equipment for mine emergency rescue. Its vpsa oxygen generator technology can provide continuous and stable oxygen support for rescue sites. Combined with standardized maintenance and rapid deployment, it can maximize the safety of miners and rescuers, improving mine emergency rescue capabilities.
