Overview

The NEW-CONSENS S506 Sanitary Inclined Pressure Transmitter is a food & pharmaceutical grade hygienic pressure measuring device designed for sterile production lines. Its standout inclined rotatable display head solves the difficulty of reading data at complex pipeline installation angles without bending over.

Adopting full SS316L flush diaphragm structure with zero medium dead corners, it meets EHEDG & 3-A sanitary standards and withstands high-temperature CIP/SIP online cleaning. It converts pipeline pressure into standard 4–20mA or RS485 Modbus signal, widely matched with PLC, DCS and industrial control systems for real-time pressure tracking in hygienic process industries.
