We provide comprehensive OEM & ODM services for plastic injection molds, plastic injection molding, Die-casting mold and components.

Production Line:

Our factory is equipped with complete precision processing equipment, including high-speed CNC (32000 r/min), precision EDM, wire cutting machine, etc. We can control the tolerance of insert steel within ± 0.005mm~0.01mm with our high-precision processing equipment and measuring instrument to ensure that processing is efficient and accurate. Our QC Team will do 100% inspection for electrodes and steel inserts. Our QC report based on customer’s 2D part drawing or 3D data. Our measurement accuracy can be accurate to +/- 0.001mm. All the QC reports can be provided to customers per request.

Our production lines are well-equipped and rationally laid out to cover full-process manufacturing needs, supporting both small-batch customization and large-scale mass production. For plastic parts production, our medium-sized owned factory is fitted with a complete range of injection molding machines from 50T to 650T, which can independently undertake mold testing, small-batch trial production and large-scale mass production, ensuring stable output and consistent quality.

To meet demands for oversized workpieces, we have established long-term strategic cooperation with our trusted mold testing partner "LIANXING", whose production line can handle molds up to 2,800T, filling the gap for large-tonnage molding projects. In addition, we have a specialized subsidiary factory dedicated to rubber & silicone parts production, equipped with advanced rubber mixing machines, vulcanizing presses and other professional equipment. This production line supports the processing of various materials including SIR, NR, SBR, IR, BR, NBR, FKM and EPDM, enabling flexible customization of products with different hardness, performance and specifications, thus providing diversified one-stop production solutions for global customers.

R&D:

Good product start from good design. Our inhouse design and engineering team who has been engaged in helping our customers to analyze the product feasibility and optimize the mold design. Our engineers always concern nice product, longest mold service life, and reduced & simplified tool maintenance. Our engineers will prepare feasibility studies for each project in order to identify the advantages of various different solutions. The average have worked in this field more than 5 years.

For each project, we exchange ideas with our customers, consulting, modifying, until make customer satisfying. The project engineers can communicate well in English, most of them have 10-15 years of experience in mold design, mold manufacturing and injection molding, and can closely match the needs of customers. There will be a project engineer be assigned to follow up your project from PO release to final delivery, who will give you the tooling solution, supply you the weekly schedule, review the mold trial with you together, also will reply you all the technical questions during the processing.

Mold Making

Our owned factory is staffed with experienced technicians, enabling an annual production capacity of 600-800 sets of molds. With exquisite craftsmanship, our team ensures that each mold features high precision, durability, and easy operability, providing reliable support for customers' large-scale production.

Precision Machining

The factory is equipped with a complete set of advanced precision machining equipment, including high-speed CNC machines (32,000 r/min), precision EDM, and wire-cutting machines. Rubber & Silicone Parts Production: We have invested in a specialized subsidiary factory with flexible operations and strong innovation capabilities. Equipped with rubber mixing machines and vulcanizing presses, it can produce rubber and silicone parts made of SIR, NR, SBR, IR, BR, NBR, FKM, EPDM, and other materials, offering diversified molding solutions.
