Y5-47 POPULA High Temperature Boiler Induced Draft Centrifugal Fan

* Model No.3.15C~9C (C-type belt drive) and 4D~12.4D (D-type coupling drive) of Y5-47 boiler induced draft fan consists of heat-resistant backward curved airfoil impeller, thickened high-temperature steel welded volute casing, streamlined circular air inlet and independent base driving assembly. ·

* The impeller is composed of multiple high-temperature resistant backward curved blades plus front and rear wheel disc; all impeller components go through strict static & dynamic balance calibration to realize steady low-vibration operation under hot flue gas environment. ·

* These boiler smoke exhaust blowers are fabricated with premium carbon steel plate; optimized internal volute airflow path cuts flue resistance loss and ensures stable exhausting efficiency under fluctuating boiler load. ·

* Two transmission structures are available: C-type belt pulley drive with compact layout and convenient speed adjustment; D-type flexible coupling drive for large-power specification, with separated base for easy motor disassembly and daily maintenance. ·

* Curved streamlined air inlet guides high-temperature flue evenly into impeller to promote overall exhausting efficiency.

Material Properties

Featured by high heat resistance, compact dimension and stable exhaust performance, Y5-47 series fans are specially matched supporting exhaust equipment for 0.2~20t/h industrial coal-fired boiler and civil hot-water boiler equipped with desulfurization & dust removal device. All C-type and D-type models can be fitted with standard Y-series three-phase asynchronous motor; B-Y5-47 explosion-proof variant with YB flameproof motor is optional for special combustible fuel boiler on request. F-Y5-47 full stainless steel anti-corrosion version is customized for working condition where inlet smoke temperature exceeds 250℃, retaining identical airflow parameters and foundation mounting dimension as standard carbon steel Y5-47 fan.

Benefits

Standard Y5-47 fan is designed to extract high-temperature boiler flue gas; explosion-proof B-Y5-47 can exhaust volatile combustible flue from special fuel boiler. The conveyed flue gas shall not contain sticky impurities, dust and hard particulate content ≤150mg/m³, inlet medium temperature ranges from 165℃ to 250℃; stainless steel model is applicable when smoke temperature is above 250℃.

Fan Structure

B-Y5-47 explosion-proof induced draft fan keeps consistent technical performance, selection standard, overall outline and foundation size with ordinary standard Y5-47 fan, only driving motor is replaced with explosion-proof specification.

Model Selection

C-type series runs at rotating speed between 1800~3250r/min with matched power from 1.5kW up to 45kW; D-type series adopts 1480/2900/2930r/min with power scope 3~110kW, diversified speed-power collocation covers wide flow and pressure range to satisfy different tonnage boiler’s smoke exhausting demand; detailed matching parameters are listed in Y5-47 official technical manual.
