* Model No.4C~12.5C of Y5-48 boiler induced draft fan consists of heat-resistant backward curved airfoil impeller, thickened high-temperature carbon steel welded volute casing, streamlined circular air inlet and belt-driven separated motor assembly. ·

* The impeller is assembled with multiple high-temperature resistant backward curved blades plus front and rear wheel disc; all impeller assemblies pass strict static & dynamic balance calibration to realize steady low-vibration operation under high-temperature flue gas working condition. ·

* These boiler smoke exhaust blowers are fabricated with premium carbon steel plate; optimized internal volute flow channel reduces flue gas flow loss and guarantees stable exhausting efficiency under variable boiler operating load. ·

* Belt pulley transmission structure features compact layout and flexible speed matching, convenient for later maintenance of belt and motor replacement. ·

* Curved streamlined air inlet guides high-temperature flue evenly into impeller and improves overall smoke exhausting efficiency.

Material Properties

Featured by outstanding heat resistance, compact overall dimension and stable exhaust performance curve, Y5-48 series fans are specially matched supporting exhaust equipment for 1~20t/h industrial coal-fired boiler and civil boiler equipped with flue gas desulfurization and dust removal device.

All specifications can be equipped with standard Y-series three-phase asynchronous motor; B-Y5-48 explosion-proof variant fitted with YB flameproof motor is optional for special volatile-fuel boiler on request.

F-Y5-48 full stainless steel anti-corrosion customized version is available for working condition where inlet flue temperature exceeds 250℃, keeping identical airflow parameters and foundation mounting dimension as standard carbon steel Y5-48 fan.

Benefits

Standard Y5-48 fan is designed for extracting boiler high-temperature flue gas; explosion-proof B-Y5-48 can exhaust combustible volatile flue gas from special fuel-fired boiler. Conveyed flue gas shall not contain sticky impurities, dust and hard particulate content is controlled ≤150mg/m³, maximum allowable inlet medium temperature shall not exceed 250℃; dust removal equipment with purification efficiency no less than 85% must be installed at fan inlet.

B-Y5-48 explosion-proof induced draft fan shares consistent technical performance, parameter selection standard, overall outline dimension and foundation installation size with ordinary standard Y5-48 fan, only the driving motor is replaced with explosion-proof specification.

The series covers rotating speed range from 1000r/min up to 3550r/min with matched power ranging 2.2~110kW, diversified speed-power collocation realizes wide flow and full pressure scope to satisfy different tonnage boiler’s smoke exhausting and pipeline resistance requirements.
