The F4-72 Type C Series FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) Centrifugal Fan is manufactured with polyester fiberglass material, developed based on the mature performance parameters of the metal 4-72 centrifugal fan series. It is an advanced anti-corrosion fan widely used in chemical, electroplating, oxidation, power plant, laboratory, circuit board, environmental protection and other working conditions with corrosive gas emission.
· The whole fan casing and flow-through parts adopt polyester fiberglass composite material, featuring high structural strength, light weight, excellent acid & alkali corrosion resistance, anti-aging property and low running noise.
· It adopts belt-driven transmission structure: the impeller is driven by water-cooled or oil-cooled shaft frame and belt connecting the motor. This design effectively isolates corrosive gas from the motor, reduces corrosion to the motor, realizes speed reduction, lowers motor load, and greatly extends the whole fan service life.
· The aerodynamic structure inherits the optimized design of 4-72 series, the impeller passes strict static and dynamic balance calibration, ensuring smooth operation and high ventilation efficiency.
· Superior Anti-corrosion Performance: FRP material can resist most acid, alkali and salt corrosive fumes, solving the rust failure problem of ordinary steel fans in harsh chemical environments.
· Motor Protection Design: Belt-driven structure keeps corrosive gas away from the motor, greatly reducing motor failure rate.
· Flexible Speed Matching: Different rotating speed options for each model to meet customized airflow and pressure requirements.
· Long Service Life & Low Maintenance: Anti-aging FRP body and buffered belt drive reduce daily maintenance frequency and replacement cost.
The conveyed gas shall not contain sticky substances; the concentration of dust and hard solid particles shall not exceed 150mg/m³, gas temperature ≤60℃, relative humidity ≤100%. Explosion-proof motor customization is required for flammable and explosive gas conveying scenarios.
This series covers models from 5C to 14C, with matched power ranging from 3kW to 110kW, rotating speed ranging from 710r/min to 2900r/min, to adapt to large-flow, high-pressure corrosive ventilation demands in industrial sites.
