WANNATE HT 600 Isocyanate Hardener

What is WANNATE HT-600?

WANNATE® HT-600 (1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate based polyisocyanate) is a low viscosity solvent-free aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI), colorless to a slightly yellowish transparent liquid.

The main applications for coatings based on WANNATE® HT-600 are automotive refinishing, transportation, industrial finishing, and plastics.

It can be used as the hardener component for lightfast two-component polyurethane coatings with high chemical and weather resistance, good gloss retention, and outstanding mechanical properties. Preferred co-reactants are polyacrylates or polyester polyols.

4. How to Storage?

Storage in original container. Protect from moisture, heat, and foreign material.

Please note that WANNATE® HT-600 is sensitive to moisture. Storage at higher temperatures may result in increasing in color and viscosity.

5. Compatibility

WANNATE® HT-600 can be mixed with the following products: aliphatic polyisocyanates, polyester polyols, aromatic polyisocyanates, and polyacrylates.

6. Shelf Life

It can be stored for at least 15 months at temperatures between 0 and 30 °C.

Please keep the container sealed and avoid moisture.
