- Actuator Body: Extruded aluminum alloy ASTM6005 with hard anodized, powder polyester painted, or PTFE/nickel plated options
- End Caps: Die-casting aluminum with powder polyester paint in various colors
- Pistons: Twin rack pistons with symmetric mounting for long cycle life and fast operation
- Travel Adjustment: External stop adjustment bolts allow precise 5° adjustment in both directions
- Springs: Preloaded coating springs made from high-quality corrosion-resistant materials
