Full Servo Thermoforming Machine DH680

The DH680 fully automatic thermoforming machine is designed for manufacturers that require a larger forming area, high output, and stable continuous production. It integrates forming, hole punching, cutting, and stacking into one automatic process. The full servo control system, precise sheet feeding, and PLC control help maintain stable movement and consistent forming quality during production.

The maximum forming area is 660*440mm, making the DH680 suitable for larger plastic packaging products and high-output applications. It supports PET, PS, BOPS, PLA, and PVC sheets and is especially suitable for food containers, plastic trays, lids, clamshell packaging, and other thermoformed products. With a working speed of 15–25 cycles/min and average power consumption of about 10kW, it offers a practical balance between forming capacity, production efficiency, and operating cost.
