1. Description:

The inventive design of the Platen Lift System reduces clamping time.It makes the toggle last longer by making it easier to use.In contrast to hydraulic clamping, our toggle clamping method requires low-pressure clamping while simultaneously achieving high-speed and smooth clamping.The dual injection cylinders' system makes it possible to inject at high speeds and pressures.The innovative injection unite design allows the hydraulic charging motor to rotate 180 degrees from its initial position, making material tube replacement simpler.The injection union stays stable while the hydraulic motor is charging because of the sturdy injection structure.
