High Professional Mini Vertical Plastic Injection Molding Machine

1. Description:

•Quick mold locking / low pressure, low speed mold locking, with a specific safety design to safeguard the mold

•Lower mold fixing/movable upper mold; precise positioning for molding component in mold. The gadget includes a hydraulic ejector for convenient product removal.

•A single sliding mold 1S and two sliding mold 2S can be added, enabling the operation to be more efficient and safer in production.

•Vertical clamping / vertical injection, appropriate for molding small inserts such as standard electrical plugs, electronic parts, etc.

•Two or three stage temperature control, injection speed, non-stage back pressure adjustment, etc., which are better suited for precision plastic part molding.
