Technical Features
The DWCP series high-speed corrugated pipe forming machine employs a closed water-cooled structure with a mold base that drives left and right modules within a closed curve. The gear dynamic structure provides automatic compensation for mechanical wear, ensuring smooth operation, low noise levels, extended service life, and high synchronization. The unique circulating water circuit design offers high reliability, excellent cooling efficiency, and minimal water impact in the pipeline, enhancing continuous production reliability and ensuring superior pipe surface quality.
