Description:

After purification and heating, air is drawn in from the bottom of the fluidized bed granulation dryer by an induced draft fan, passing through the distribution plate of the material hopper. This causes the powder or wet particles of the material to be in a fluidized state in the raw material container, where they are preheated and mixed by the purified heated air. During granulation, the binder solution is atomized and sprayed in, causing several particles to aggregate into granules containing the binder. As the hot air continuously dries the material, the moisture in the granules evaporates, and the binder solidifies. This process is repeated continuously to form ideal, uniform, multi-porous spherical particles.
