Description:

The core principle of this equipment is mechanical oscillating extrusion combined with forced sieving and forming. It achieves wet material granulation or dry material sizing through physical action, a process completely free of high temperatures and chemical reactions, making it a purely physical granulation device. The key components of the equipment determine the granulation process.

Moist mixed powder is added to the hopper and falls naturally between the drum and the screen. The motor drives an eccentric mechanism, causing the drum to perform a combined left-right oscillating and slight rotational motion. The edges of the drum continuously extrude and knead the wet powder, forcing the material through the screen mesh. After passing through the screen, the material, due to its own moisture and viscosity, aggregates into uniform columnar particles, which are then cut by the cutter below or naturally break apart and discharged from the outlet.
