The Ribbon Blender is a highly efficient horizontal mixing machine designed for the uniform blending of powders, granules, and low-viscosity materials. Working Principle
The Ribbon Blender features a U-shaped horizontal mixing trough fitted with an inner and outer double helical ribbon. During operation, the outer ribbon conveys the material from both ends toward the center, while the inner ribbon moves the material from the center toward both ends. This three-dimensional convective mixing action ensures rapid, uniform blending with excellent mixing efficiency.
