Product Description

The equipment uses mechanical bag opening, with cam curve controlling the feedback time of the bag opening signal. The entire cantilever is made of

stainless steel sheet metal, which is easy to clean, lightweight, and has good stability, being less prone to vibration. The structure is reinforced to make

the machine clamp more sturdy and less likely to deform, thus more durable. This avoids the phenomenon of sealing wrinkles caused by the machine

clamp's deformation that fails to hold the product. The copper sleeves of the opening clamp are replaced with deep groove ball bearings, making the

structure more stable and durable. It adopts horizontal heat sealing, which facilitates the hygiene cleaning after filling powdery and liquid materials

without any hygiene dead corners. When used for outer packaging, it can achieve a longer sealing distance, which is convenient to avoid theairplane

holes at the sealing part of the bag. With a dual-axis transmission design, the main motor is driven by a reduction motor. The mounted framemeets the

processing technology requirements, with small overall deformation and higher precision.
