1.Product Introduction Gold Ore Processing Equipment

The core component of the Gold Centrifugal Concentrator is a high-speed rotating, wear-resistant concentration cone. The interior of the cone features parallel circular grooves with tangential fluidization holes on the side walls. As the slurry enters from the bottom, intense centrifugal force flings high-density gold particles toward the cone wall, where they are trapped in the grooves, while light-density gangue is discharged with the water flow. The equipment is known for its stable operation and high degree of automation, supporting semi-automatic or fully automatic cleaning modes. It is suitable for both stationary and mobile mineral processing systems.

3.Working Principle Gold Ore Processing Equipment

• Slurry Feeding: Slurry with a managed concentration (typically <50%) is injected into the rotating cone from the base.

• Centrifugal Enrichment: The cone rotates at high speeds, generating centrifugal forces hundreds of times greater than gravity. This causes high-density gold particles to settle rapidly and become trapped within the grooves.

• Selective Discharge: Light minerals are carried by the water flow and overflow from the top, achieving primary separation.

• Periodic Concentrate Discharge: After a cycle of 1 to 6 hours, the rotation stops. The enriched heavy concentrate is then flushed out via a backwash system to complete the cycle.
