OPEK Automatic Flat Collar Knitting Machine

OPEK fully jacquard computerized flat knitting machine with single carriage double system. This series is economic type. It applies digital technology to achieve transfer, tuck, eyelet stitch, jacquard, apparent shape, hidden shape and other regular pattern knitting functions. It can knit basic stitch like plain stitch, rib fabric, links and links, interlock stitch, etc.

Irregular multicolor jacquard, twit flowers weft organization, cord weave, racked stitch, cable, etc. It is suitable to use synthetic , wool, acrylic, mixed fiber, yarn material etc to knit sweaters, scarves, hats, clothing accessories.

80inch double carriage single system computerized flat collar knitting machine

It adopts digital technology to realize the knitting functions transfer tuck,eyelet stitch,jacquard,apparent shape, hidden shape and other regular pattern knitting functions.

It can knit basic stitch like plain stitch,rib fabric,links and interlock stitch,etc. Irregular multi-color jacquard,twisted flower weft organization,cord weave,racked stitch,cable,intarsia,etc.

It is suitable to use synthetic,wool,acrylic,mixed fiber,yarn material etc to knit ready-made sweater,collar ,vamp,hat,gloves,scarf and accessories of cloth. So as to achieve multi-functional all-in-one machine Workshop assembly line after layer upon layer of strict testing to ensure the stable and efficient work of the machine

Protection: The machine will automatically alarm if yarn-breaking, knots, floating yarn, rewind, end of knitting, fail of racking, needle breakage, error programming occur, also set up the safety auto-lock protect device.
Stitch system: Controlled by stepping motor, 32 section stitch selectable, adjustable scope supported by subdivision technology: 0-650, the stitch of the knitwear can be accurately controlled.
Needle selection Advanced encoder reading pin.8-stage selecting needle setup composed of special electromagnet is regarded as efficient full width jacquard needle selector.
Cutters and Grippers Include 2 cutters and 4 grippers, controlled by 6 motors respectively(Optional)
Comb device Grip or knock-over the yam reliably (Optional)
Color-changing sytem: 2*8 yarn feeders at the single side of 4 guide rails, shiftable on any needle position

Power: Single-phase 220V/three-phase 380V,adopt advanced CMOS technology, having memorizing function at power shock stop.
Controller: 1. Screen:Adopt LCD industrial screen and figure interface,input device:USB. Internal storage 32M.The latest system 1G. A great amount of design files can be stored at the same time and they can be fetched out for using at any time as per production requirements.
2. Monitoring menu,each kind of operating parameter can be shown, and they can be adjusted at any time when the machine is running is visual and easy to understand and upgrade.
