Nitrogen Purification Skid - Deoxygenation Drying Package 2000Nm³/h

This nitrogen purification skid is engineered for large-scale industrial nitrogen polishing, combining catalytic deoxygenation and adsorption drying to upgrade 99.5% feed nitrogen to 99.999% purity at up to 2000Nm³/h for metallurgy, chemical and oil & gas applications.

System Design

The package includes a catalytic deoxidation reactor, hydrogen dosing skid, twin-tower regenerative dryers, coalescing and dust filters, plus a buffer tank, all mounted on a structural steel skid with weatherproof enclosure for outdoor installation.
