This nitrogen purification skid delivers ultra high purity nitrogen at 99.999% with a fully integrated deoxygenation, drying and filtration train. Designed for electronics, semiconductor, lithium battery and pharmaceutical industries requiring contaminant-free nitrogen.
Feed nitrogen from a PSA or membrane generator first passes through a catalytic deoxygenation reactor where residual oxygen reacts with hydrogen to form water. The gas stream then enters twin adsorption dryers for deep dew point removal and final precision filtration, achieving 99.999% purity with less than 3 ppm residual oxygen.
