1J50 is a typical nickel-iron soft magnetic alloy with 50% nickel and 50% iron composition. It features high initial permeability, low coercivity and stable magnetic performance under weak magnetic fields. The wire material boasts uniform texture, clean surface and precise dimensional tolerance after drawing treatment.
It works well for magnetic shielding shells, miniature transformer cores, relay parts, inductors and sensor components. Our 1J50 wire can be customized in different diameters, and we provide official mill test certificates to guarantee consistent chemical and magnetic indexes.
