Inconel 625 (UNS N06625 / W.Nr. 2.4856) is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with exceptional resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress-corrosion cracking. Our forged round bars are manufactured in strict compliance with ASTM B446 and AMS 5666 standards, making them the preferred choice for marine, chemical processing, and nuclear applications where reliability under aggressive conditions is critical.

• Double Melting Process: Produced via VIM (Vacuum Induction Melting) followed by ESR (Electroslag Remelting) or VAR (Vacuum Arc Remelting) ensuring superior cleanliness and homogeneous microstructure.

Quality Assurance

Every batch undergoes rigorous testing including ultrasonic testing (UT), chemical composition analysis per ASTM E1473, mechanical property verification, and dimensional inspection. Full mill test certificates (MTC) per EN 10204 3.1 are provided with each shipment.

Packaging & Delivery

Products are securely packed in plywood cases or on wooden pallets with waterproof wrapping and export-grade protection. Standard delivery within 15-30 working days depending on order quantity and specification requirements.
