Description

The CS1237 by Chipsea is an exceptional 24-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that provides high resolution with no missing codes. It is engineered to handle micro-volt signals from bridge sensors with extreme stability.

  • Ultra-High Resolution: 24-bit resolution with an effective number of bits (ENOB) reaching 20 bits (at 5V) when PGA=128, backed by an incredibly low peak-to-peak noise of 180nV.

  • Highly Integrated Design: Includes an on-chip RC oscillator (5.2MHz) and an integrated temperature sensor for real-time environmental compensation, saving precious PCB real estate.

  • Flexible Configurations: Supports programmable gain amplifier (PGA) options of 1, 2, 64, and 128, alongside selectable data output rates (10Hz, 40Hz, 640Hz, 1.28kHz) via a simple 2-wire SPI interface.

  • Extreme Low Power: Consumes minimal operating current, featuring a dedicated Power-Down mode where power consumption drops below 0.1µA.
