Product Introduction

The YBM-12/0.4 prefabricated substation is a type of modular substation, with another name of 'European style modular substation', is a type of compact set of power distribution substation with the components of HV electricity, power transformer and LV electricity, and it is with varied features of high combination, small sizes, removable, safe & reliable operation, easy maintenance and nice shape.
This new electrical power distribution substation can be wide range of applications in the city public distribution, high buildings, residential quarters, mining, ports, oil sites, parks, car stations, airports, subways, and highways.

Performance Features

1.lt has good heat insulation and ventilation measures. A double-layer structure is adopted in the cabinet, and the heat insulation material is also set in the interlayer, which effectively reduces the temperature rise caused by sunshine.
2. Safe and reliable operation. The high voltage side of the transformer substation selects RMU model XGN15- 12 and SRM-12, which could also adopt other types of metal-clad switchgear, complete with Five-Preventions interlock. Each door frame has a good waterproof structure.
3.It is convenient to operate and maintain. Each compartment has an automatic lighting device; the transformer compartment has a track and cart, convenient for transformer installation, maintenance, and replacement.
4. The appearance is beautiful and durable. The cabinet shell is made of high-performance marine zinc-rich epoxy primer and epoxy anticorrosive mortar, which has good anticorrosive properties, and the surface color can be configured arbitrarily with the environment. All electrical installations are galvanized, and they adopt a special anti-blocking and anti-rust universal lock.

· Temperature range: -25 °C to +40 °C.

· Altitude: ≤ 1000 m, and the altitude can be up to 3000 m if a special transformer and low-voltage components are used.

· Vertical gradient: ≤ 5°.

· Workplaces should be free of violent vibration & shock, conductive dust, explosive danger, erosive metals, and electrical apparatus elements.

· Air humidity: ≤ 90% (+25 °C).

· Outdoor wind speed: ≤ 35 m/s.

Installation

The manufacturer can provide the foundation layout for their modular substation. The customer or user can design the foundation themselves, but the layout needs to be provided to the manufacturer.

The lightning conductors need to be pre-laid inside or around the foundation of the modular substation. The ground connection and lightning protection of the transformer can be jointly used as one grounding system. The grounding cables to the foundation platform should be not less than two lines, and the grounding resistance should be guaranteed to be less than or equal to 4 Ohms. (R≤4Ω)

For waterproofing, the gap between the modular substation and the foundation should be sealed with cement concrete.
