Description
Double-Sided Hot Air Solder Leveling (HASL) Red Oil Circuit Board​
The double-sided HASL red oil circuit board is a type of printed circuit board with specific surface treatment and identification features. Both sides of the substrate adopt the hot air solder leveling process: molten tin alloy (lead-containing or lead-free) covers the copper surface and is leveled by hot air to form a uniform and flat tin layer. Meanwhile, the solder mask uses red ink, which not only provides insulation protection but also realizes the identification and differentiation of circuit areas through its bright color. This circuit board is designed with double-sided wiring, which can meet the signal transmission needs of small and medium complexity circuits and is suitable for the welding and assembly scenarios of conventional components.
