In the production of electronic ceramics, functional powders and magnetic materials, processes including curing, binder removal, aging and annealing impose stringent requirements on temperature field uniformity and airflow stability inside the furnace. Conventional static box furnaces tend to suffer from local overheating, green body cracking and poor batch consistency.

The HRF930-05 Hot Air Box Furnace is a precision hot air circulating electric box furnace developed by Hefei Zhire Equipment. It is designed specifically for curing and binder removal of electronic ceramic powder, aging and annealing of metal parts, as well as drying and heat treatment of powder materials, and can be customized non-standard to meet process requirements.
The HRF930-05 Hot Air Box Furnace is composed of four major modules: furnace body structure, hot air circulation system, temperature control system and tail gas treatment unit. It features a clear layout for easy operation, maintenance and inspection.

Application
HRF930‑05 Hot‑Air Circulating Chamber Furnace is Widely used for processes such as constant‑temperature drying, curing and debinding of electronic ceramics and other products.
HRF930‑05 Hot‑Air Circulating Chamber Furnace body structure consists of the heating chamber, hot air system and control system. The heating chamber is hermetically welded from high-quality SUS304 stainless steel plates. Ceramic fiber insulation material is filled between the heating chamber and the furnace frame. The whole furnace is supported by four anchor feet with adjustable height ranging from 80 mm to 200 mm.
