GYFTY outdoor cable, All-dielectric Loose Tube 12-144 Core FRP
Outdoor Fiber Optical Cable with FRP
Description
Small, lightweight Loose Tube Single Jacket All Dielectric cables designed for duct and aerial installation. The cable core has FRP and water blocking fillers, with an inner polyethylene layer for added protection.
Structure
Once coated optical fiber is protected by a loose tube.
The loose tube is twisted around the reinforcement.
The reinforcement is located in the center of the optical cable.
Features
"SZ" bidirectional layer twisting technology is employed.
Water blocking ointment is filled step by step to ensure full section water blocking.
Steel (aluminum) belts exhibit reliable bonding and high strength without cracking when twisted.
Fiber length control is stable.
The cable has almost zero additional attenuation and unchanged dispersion value after formation.
The cble boasts excellent environmental performance and is applicable in a temperature range of -10℃ to +70℃.
It can accommodate up to 288 fibers.
The loose tube gel-filled construction provides superior fiber protection.
The cable features an all dielectric structure and a UV and moisture-resistant design.
Applications
Suitable for various laying methods, including overhead, pipeline, and direct burial.
Ideal for both backbone and access applications.
Can be installed in ducts or lashed/aerial configurations.
High-power area, overhead
Structure characteristics
Completely non-metallic
Non-metallic center reinforcement
Reinforcement around glass fiber or aramid fiber
Polyethylene outer sheath
Note: It is also possible to design different structures according to the requirements of users on the environmental performance and transmission capacity of optical cables, such as: GYFTA, GYFXTY, GYFDTZA, etc.
Performance characteristics
