A glass-fused bolted steel tank joins a high-strength steel shell with a fired vitreous enamel layer. The result is a vessel that shrugs off corrosion, stands up to hard service, and bolts together on site instead of being welded or poured. Plants use it for water, effluent, slurry, fuel, grain and biogas across five sectors.

The tank is two parts: a high-quality steel plate and a specially treated glass coating. A sintering step bonds the glass to the metal into one strong, non-porous anti-corrosion skin. That skin blocks chemical attack, ultraviolet light and knocks, so the steel underneath stays sound for decades. Because the layer is fired in rather than painted on, it cannot peel or blister the way a field-applied coat will.

Durable and stable
The high-strength shell takes compression and vibration, and the enamel resists chemical, UV and impact damage, so the tank holds up under extreme site conditions.
Clean by design
A smooth glass face washes easy and gives bacteria or dirt nowhere to cling, which prevents secondary pollution. That is why food, beverage and wastewater plants specify it.
Flexible footprint
Size and shape are set to the job. The same build serves as a liquid tank, a dry-bulk bin or a section of a process line, which keeps one tank type across the site.
Quick to erect
Panels are modular and bolt together on site, which cuts freight volume and build time next to welded or cast tanks, and the enamel means little upkeep later.

Enamel is tough, but the panels must land flawless. Each plate is checked twice for code and surface, then kept apart with PE foam so the coatings never meet. The pallet is sealed in plastic film, bound with a steel belt, and crated in wood for the voyage.

Liquids and solids across municipal, industrial, agricultural, mining and biofuel duty, from drinking water and effluent to fly ash, diesel and biogas reactors.
The fused enamel is a non-porous corrosion layer rated for 30+ years. It resists chemicals, UV and physical damage without a repaint cycle.
